  3. The dress is very elegant.
The coat seems a bit ill-fitting and why is the belt hanging down on each side? Perhaps if the belt were tied then the coat would look better. The cloud is lovely.

  5. Love this dress, and I love that she took the risk of combining the pink purse with it, YES!! breaking the matchy, matchy that is so boring, and I also like the coat, and red is definitely her color, but he best were those beautiful earrings. Not crazy about the hair, it looked all right from the back and her left side, but from the front it looks very old fashioned, and makes her look a little bit like the cliche of the tutor/nanny.
All together she looked very chic.

  6. I love it very much! She looks fantastic, like a spring-flower...
Ha, she is in the right country for anti-smoking. Everybody smokes in Portugal, still inside the Cafes, just everywhere! I bet, Mr. President and the Lord Mayor of Porto (both next to her) and the other boring looking gentlemen do it too. Poor Letizia, this could be time wasting...

    1. No hay que rendirse, Leonor. En España ha bajado muchísimo el consumo de tabaco y también lo hará en Portugal ;)
3ª foto: la postura perfecta. Letizia parece encontrarse muy a gusto en el país vecino.

    3. Rainha I felt the same way as if everyone is smoking but I think it is because we don't see smoking inside buildings of any kind anymore in the US. So it just seema like everyone is smoking. Portugal is even w other countries. Though heart disease is high esp w women. Healthcare is good and even better than the UK.

Sorry the nurse in me rambles.

      Letizia looks great!

  7. I would have said perfection if not for the pink bag which cheapens the whole look. A neutral toned bag to match the shoes would have been perfect, but PINK - horrific and tacky. The dress is gorgeous, hair and makeup lovely as ever sadly the bag lets this ensemble down.

    4. Anonymous, this is not true. Although, like everyone else, she could occasionally work while she was a university student, in the end it turned out to be a report based on false facts. She never sold tobacco and she had never been a smoker. It does not seem ethical to spread false rumors for obscure and malicious reasons

    5. Well I am looking at a photo of her with packages in her hands. She worked for a tobacco company when she was in school in Mexico.

I say who cares? It was the 90s. I sold eggs when I worked at the diner on college when eggs caused heart attacks due to cholesterol. That doesn't make me cupable.

However I think Anon is being funny and I laughed out aloud while sitting here in Starbucks. 😂😂😂

It is true Silvia ....no matter. Doesn't change a thing. She is fabulous.

    6. Oh well, if you have seen a photo of her with a package in her hands, then the whole story is true, no doubt. As everybody knows , if you hold a package in your hands that necessary means you work for a tobacco company.

  9. She did work for a tobacco brand back in the day when she was a student, and like many of us she smoked, for what I have read she stopped like millions of us did. This fact does not disqualifies anybody from speaking about the damage caused by tobacco products, more to the contrary. Anonymous, that comment was not very kind, but rather judgmental
