Lady Amelia Windsor attended the French fashion designer Sonia Rykiel' show as part of the Paris Fashion Week Womenswear Fall-Winter 2017-2018 on March 4, 2017 in Paris, France.
I find this person very annoying because of the smug, snooty and snide expression that is usually on her face. It's as if she is mockIng everyone and everything she looks at. Because of this, I find it hard to assess her fashion choices, which are usually not too bad, actually. Sorry, I will skip postings of her in the future.

She is from Royal stock! Sheis the granddaughter of the duke and duchess of Kent (Queen's cousin) and child of their son George Windsor , Earl of St Andrew. I think the girl you are thinking of is Diana's niece her brother Earl Spencer's child who's is Kitty Spencer
Agree! Why do women follow fashion so blindly when often times it does nothing for them. I think the current fashion trends are horrid and if fashion houses are supposed to make women look their best they have greatly missed the mark with this rubbish
