  1. Dear me! after all the ruffle blouses and jackets now even a too tight ruffle coat!! Mette-Marit not only seems to be a person who is resistent to any fashion advice but does exactly the opposite of what suits her. Gets stranger every day.

    1. That coat is a complete desaster, just Kitsch for little girls. And that eternal black, black, black. You'd think she is a widow from the Victorian age.

  2. Not fit for a fashion-blog, but nothing wrong here. Good one!

  3. The coat does look too tight. The sweater and skirt are okay but definitely not high fashion.

    1. Do you really think so? I think these are the kind of curls you would make your eigth year old daughter on a special day.

  6. She is in black, which is ok but as Beth noticed too tight...i just wish she would change hairstyle and do something with the color

  7. I think she loves to be comfortable but maybe doesn't know how to find that. Why wear a coat that is obviously very tight on the arms and upper chest? That has to be miserable to wear with a sweater to add to the bulk. The tightness is the first thing I noticed. Maybe she thinks nobody sees that.

    1. I fear she thinks she looks good on it.

    2. I fear that too *Lol*

I start to think there must be something wrong with her own body image or her body perception. Any other person would see in the mirror how wrong this looks and would feel it when a coat is two numbers too small and too tight, this can't be comfortable. Somebody in her surrounding, family or friends should have mercy and openly talk to her. Honestly, I think she needs help.

  13. She and Haakon don't seem to care much about how they dress, they seem to like to be comfortable and that's about it. Obviously she doesn't have a stylist, like other royals have ie Letizia, Kate, Mary and Victoria.
