Does she have to be referred to as "Pregnant Beatrice Borromeo" I think it's so silly that when a woman becomes with child that every sentence written about her starts with 'pregnant'. She is still the same person regardless, we can see that she's pregnant. The Daily Mail has the horrible habit of doing that, please don't start it on here too.
Sometimes it is good to see that heavily pregnant celebrities are just humans as we others and may not have any easy time. Although I hate this kind of paparazzi pictures.
