King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia in Kuala Lumpur

King XVI Gustaf of Sweden and Queen Silvia of Sweden attended the opening session of Global Child Forum on South East Asia that was held on May 5, 2016 in Kuala Lumpur. The theme for this forum is "Mobility and Connectivity: Children’s Rights and Sustainable Business". The goal of this Forum is to encourage the region’s business community to place greater emphasis on the rights of children and young people as a top priority for its sustainability.

    1. In that case none of the royals should ever leave their countries. Don't be ridiculous the royals have branches of their foundations etc in other countries. Very often in countries that they had sone kind of shared history with such as during the colonial era.

      That foundation is based in Sweden and also serves elsewhere.

  3. Global Child Forum was initiated by H.M. the King and H.M. the Queen of Sweden in 2009. The Global Child Forum is a Swedish non-profit foundation with headquarters in Stockholm.
