    With lighter tights and different (non-peep-toed) shoes, and a nice winter coat and this will be a winning outfit.

    Black hose must be all the go this winter in the Netherlands -- judging by the other women in the photos :).
    This outfit has a very heavy feel to me. The skirt and top are so unflattering to her great figure,(it's unflattering on the model too) and the black stockings don't seem to belong. I hope Mathilde's stylist retires this outfit ASAP.

    Black stockings are good only if they are silky and very thin. Otherwise they make person look heavy.
    The skirt would look nicer if was not too tight and a bit longer.

      First of all. The stockings are always thinner then the pictures show, and what kind of fashion do you people follow? Everyone knows black are the only one of stockings/hose/thights you should use.
