The duchess don't need to work like Mary to prove herself. The British monarchy system runs differently than the others. They treat their Princesses differently.. They are more sheltered from the public.

حذفYes, she looks very old. Although she obviously improved her style, she makes mistakes, as one person here said, her boots are awful. People consider her an icon, but she has a lot to learn. Younger royals should always learn from older.

Kate is very attractive, she is a lovely looking woman, but I would not call her a "beauty" in the sense that the late Diana Princess of Wales was, Dianna was simply stunning. It is also probably a very good thing that Kate is not another Dianna.
ردحذفI think Kate looks lovely in these photos. The colour she has died her hair is a far more flattering shade, and the is actually enthusiastic and engaged with people, which in recent photos she doesn't appear to have been, but then she may not have been well and unlike the rest of us, she can't really take sick days.
As someone else commented, Kate does certainly look lovely in the second photo.
