Kate Middleton and Prince William attended some friends' wedding in Switzerland on Saturday afternoon. Kate and her brother-in-law Prince Harry looked on as William, in a grey suit and pink tie, was an usher for friends Laura Bechtolsheimer, an Olympic gold medallist, and professional polo player Mark Tomlinson. Bride Laura, who fittingly arrived at the chapel by horse-drawn carriage, tweeted her excitement on Tuesday before she jetted off to her snowy wedding location.

Kate, William and Harry were surrounded by snow at the church in the picturesque resort in eastern Switzerland. The chilly temperatures didn't stop the group beaming as Laura and Mark left the church and the Duchess tossed a handful of white confetti in the air before heading to the reception at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel.

The royal trio were spotted walking the snowy slopes of Arosa on Friday. Kate hid her baby bump beneath a fake fur jacket and wore her hair in loose curls. She held a toboggan as she walked in the snow with friends, and was seen chatting and laughing.

Having attended William and Kate's wedding in 2011, the two couples have been friends for a long time. Having played polo together since a young age William is also close to Mark's parents Simon and Claire Tomlinson who own the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire.
