On 21 October 2026, the Princess of Wales visited Dose of Nature, a pioneering mental health charity that supports people experiencing mental health challenges through an innovative approach combining psychology, connection with nature and one-to-one guidance. The Princess met with Founder Dr Alison Greenwood and Clinical Lead Dr Georgina Gould to learn about their innovative approaches to mental health services.
The Princess of Wales also met with members of the Dose of Nature community, hearing first-hand about the role nature can play in supporting mental health and wellbeing. Dose of Nature is a clinically led, evidence-based mental health charity that helps people improve their mental health through increased engagement with the natural world.
The jacket looks very functional and comfortable on Kate. The large pockets will come in handy. She looks good in brown.
