On the evening of Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Queen Rania of Jordan attended the opening ceremony of the One Young World Summit, which is being held this year in Cape Town, South Africa. Addressing more than 2,200 young leaders from over 190 countries, Queen Rania spoke about the recent terrorist attack in Jordan’s southern governorate of Al-Karak, which claimed nine lives, as well as the Palestinian issue.
One Young World is a global platform that identifies, connects and promotes young leaders from around the world. It hosts an annual summit in a different city each year. This year’s four-day event commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Soweto Uprising, a youth-led movement in South Africa that marked a turning point in the struggle against apartheid.
White shirt, navy trousers or jeans is always a good idea. In many ways it’s quite “pilot” chic; and seems to suit everyone and work always. On the other hand One Young World is a strange, self serving organisation, worth reading up on if you’re interested.

حذفIt's amazing to see Rania in such a plain, white blouse. It highlights her radiant beauty. Usually her outfits are a bit outlandish. I think she likes to have fun with her clothes and not take fashion too seriously.

حذفI agree with Sandra, except "radiant beauty". To be clear, I have no problem at all with measures that help radiant beauty to last longer, corresponding decisions should be respected. I just cannot feel pleasure or enjoy (or classify as part of a radiant appearance) the sight of lips that seem to cry after a cooling pad appled over them because they are swollen. But yes, the white shirt is really pleasing.

ردحذفNot shown in these photos so far, she also wore upon arrival, a very cute bolero-style cropped white jacket over the blouse. The jacket had two large pockets in the front and it looked very stylish and complimentary to this simple and chic outfit. There's no doubt that Rania knows how to dress perfectly (and sometimes a little quirky to keep it interesting) whether in traditional or western styles.
