On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako, accompanied by Princess Aiko, visited the National Art Center in Roppongi, Minato City, to view the exhibition “The Louvre Museum: Renaissance”. During their visit, the Imperial Family viewed the exhibits with great interest while listening to explanations from the exhibition staff.
The exhibition features more than 50 works, including Leonardo da Vinci’s painting Portrait of a Woman, also known as La Belle Ferronnière, which is on display in Japan for the first time. Among the works on display was the 16th-century tapestry The Pastoral Concert, produced in the Southern Netherlands during the first quarter of the 16th century.

This is a very nice outing!
ReplyDeleteThe ladies look quite lovely! P Aiko's suit is an attractive colour, fit and length!
E Masako's suit fits beautifully! (I love the Japanese tailoring - the pant lengths are perfection!)
E Naruhito looks dapper and as usual, his tie matches his wife's outfit❣️
They look very friendly and engaged!
Lovely family exquisitely tailored. MR
ReplyDeleteLe tailleur crème de Masako est très chic avec l’apport d’un délicat petit foulard imprimé ;
ReplyDeleteAiko doit beaucoup aimer l’association veste/jupe de couleur marron cuivré clair comme les talons !
The empress looks so much more modern than her daughter. The suit of Aiko has a dull colour and it does not fit. Too wide
ReplyDeleteBoth ladies look great, well fitted suits and good accessories
