  1. Queen Sylvia elegant as always. At first sight, I like Sofia's outfit but I wish we could see more details. Interesting pants it seems, they suit her with the belt.

  2. I think I would like Sofia’s outfit more if it weren’t all black. Maybe a grey top instead. Her hair color looks good here; hopefully the ombré look she did for a while is gone for good.

    1. I like it exactly because it’s all black! It’s very scandi autumn/winter, and I think it’s very subdued and elegant.

  3. Both Sylvia and Sofia's outfits are fabulous. I especially appreciate Sofia's --she is one of a handful of royals who know how to style pleated wide pants.

Seeing Sylvia's cosy shawl makes me think that heating these vast palace rooms must be a challenge. Airconditioning can vary ineffectiveness in big heritage spaces. Lyra

    1. It’s highly unlikely that they have blowing air heat or air conditioning. It is most likely radiators and heating oil. I think most people are wearing full trouser suits so a skirt indeed could be cooler.

  4. Not liking Sofia's pants, too baggy. Love the gorgeous jacket the Queen is wearing.

  5. Sofia’s trousers are an example of palazzo (?) trousers that look good. I think they rarely look good. I guess she has the right proportions to support their shape and the fitted top and single colour across the outfit works.

  7. Sofia's all-black outfit looks stunning on her. The fitted top pairs perfectly with the wide-leg pants. The belt completes the look.

Silvia's outfit is classically elegant. -Siri

    1. Just my thought. And the King is looks as smart as ever. The room itself is very cosy, I think.

  8. La Reine sait toujours nous montrer une veste Weill qui peut se porter autant avec une jupe qu’un pantalon ; quant à Sofia, ce style de pantalon lui.convient à merveille !
