On 22 October 2026, Queen Mary of Denmark attended a meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Mary Foundation’s Centre. Upon arriving at Thoravej 29, the Queen was welcomed by Pia Møller-Holst, Director of Thoravej 29. As part of the visit, the Queen took part in a guided tour focusing on the building’s architecture.
The meeting took place at Thoravej 29 in Copenhagen’s Nordvest district, where a former brick industrial building has been transformed into a shared workspace and meeting place for organisations working in fields including art, social innovation and sustainability.
The Mary Foundation’s Centre is an interdisciplinary knowledge centre at the University of Copenhagen, which opened in February 2022 to mark Queen Mary’s 50th birthday. The Centre’s Advisory Committee advises its management team and generally meets twice a year at different locations.

حذفIf you consider most royals have a lot of staff and aides to do most of the work of cleaning, cooking, childcare, shopping, laundry, etc that ordinarily people have to do they don’t work particularly hard. Doubt Mary and most royals have washed a dish in years!

ردحذفI’m not a “long hair lover”, I’m a “let women choose their own hairstyles as it’s their hair” realist. Unless asked I would NEVER think to say the sorts of things people say about strangers here even to my best friends. Hair is so personal; let it be. And yes Mary’s hair looks good at all the length we’ve seen her wear it including this.
حذفI agree. Mary’s hair is beautiful and she doesn’t feel the need to make it “a feature” to stand out. Side note, Manu of the royals with very long hair have extensions every time they know they will be photographed

ردحذفI think her hair at this length is great and her outfit is spot on. Would anyone know who designed her tan leather skirt? It’s beautiful and very classy.
