On Monday, October 12, 2026, at the initiative of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, the inaugural Monaco Summit on Philanthropy was held at the Yacht Club of Monaco. The event brought together around 100 prominent figures from around the world to reflect on the future of philanthropy and its role in addressing major global challenges.
Co-organised by the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation and the Princess Charlène of Monaco Foundation, with the support of the Tocqueville Foundation, the international summit also featured the presentation of the Prince’s Award for Innovative Philanthropy, which was awarded this year to the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) in recognition of its outstanding work.
For the occasion, Princess Charlène wore a houndstooth single-breasted blazer and matching trousers by Emporio Armani.

She wears clothes well, so the suit looks nice but I’m personally ready for the matching suit fashion to move behind us. Bring on some color or patterns!

حذفShe looks beautiful, especially in the first photo. The outfit is business-like and suits her well but too pale for my liking. Even a brighter blouse would have given it some oomph. She could probably wear a bin bag and still look stunning!
ردحذفThis suit looks better than her orher 200(ish?) trouser suits simply because of the blouse choice. So much lighter and nicer with the tshirt than a shirt buttoned to the neck. I’m a bit envious that she’s just started to wear glasses and already has at least two different pairs! They are so expensive and I can only afford one (which is enough) but sometimes it would be lovely to be able to have multiple pairs all with my prescription and change the look.
ردحذفIt are not the frames which are expensive but the glasses themselves. I always by cheap frames because my glasses are very expensive. You can buy frames from haute-couture designers which are expensive, but this is not necessary. I always buy frames from glasses designers. The Scandinavian brands are very cute and up-to-date. In the end one always return to certain shapes which look the best for one's face. I have always one pair and a spare. I also need sun glasses adapted to my eyes. For these you better buy a frame of you choice and ask the optical store to put adapted sun glasses in your frame. This is the cheapest way for sun glasses. In my country there are a lot of optical stores who sell a big choice of all kind of glasses and sun glasses.

ردحذفCharlène est magnifique, le tissu du tailleur est original et ne se voit pas . Les lunettes deviennent un accessoire quand on en porte depuis plus 60 ans. Il faut changer car on s en lasse très vite+ les lunettes de soleil corrigées à ma vue. Bugbet moyen par rapport à certaines dépenses inutiles. ( Je ne fume pas, très peu de restaurants alors c est un plaisir)
