  1. I love both of these dresses on Sophie and think they were perfectly chosen for India.

    1. I agree. Plus her hair and makeup is always lovely and not over done. Kim

    2. Yes, both dresses fit and suit her so well. If I had to pick a favourite it would be the second look which is enhanced by her relaxed updo and those splendid pearls. (V.M.)

  3. A very interesting state visit. One of the smallest country in the world establishes/deepens contacts with one of the biggest countries. Princess Sophie looks good in both dresses, although the second one is overwhelmed with different prints. I can't believe she is already 59 (celebrating her birthday today, Oct. 28th), she looks very good and natural for her age.

    1. Yes I’m also wondering why Liechtenstein is there. Extremely small but rich, but minuscule cf India.

  4. Sophie looks so young and has a perfect body to wear anything.
Her hair up is a nice surprise this looks a lot like Charlene's look.

    1. I think leaving face and hair natural (rather than hairsprays, hair straighteners and dryers, full face make up etc) shoes us at our best and youngest. Im so glad she chooses this.

  5. Excellent job, Two very different but perfect dresses for her and very suitable to the occasion. We don’t see her (them) often, this is a real treat!

  6. Both dresses look really good on Sophie, she is tall so they don't overwhelm her. Very striking and unusual pattern on the second dress. I also love the colours of the saris the president is wearing, especially the one she wore for the banquet.

  7. The floral print midi dress looks lovely, the only thing I don't like in the style of this dress is the frill from knee area.
The swing dress is fabulous, its a very attractive look and elevated overall by the multiple strand of pearls, wonderful as are the pearl drop earrings. It looks to be a interesting bracelet, not sure what that is. I love her contrasting color shoes and clutch, this looks splendid. Possibly drawing out the color of these accessories within the dress. Her up style hair looks really very good, suits her so much better up.

  8. I find that both dresses do not have the right length.
    1. The blue printed dress :
I never liked ankle length. To me ankle length is the most unflattering look one can have. A hand bag is not the most elegant one can wear with this dress. A lighter colour for her accessories would look much better
    2. The swing dress is very colourfull which I like, but here again the ankle length is not looking good. The accessories do not have the right colour again. There are enough colours in her dress among which she could have chosen one to match her shoes and bag. The pearl necklaces are not looking good on this dress. On pict. N° 9 it looks like she is wearing a plastic bag in her left hand together with her handbag ?
To end with a positive note, I think she looks good with an updo.
