ReplyDeleteThere is something wrong with the hands in the first picture: some look extremely big. Even if this is an optical illusion and not photoshop, it distracts immensely.
22:21 it’s just the photographer’s angle, he or she has been low down closer to hands rather than taking the photo from a different angle. There is nothing wrong with their hands !

I’m finding that much more interesting than the previous trend of colour blocking where the entire outfit was one colour. What does “fashion forward” mean actually? - does it mean “on trend”?

ReplyDeleteI love these photos. People have arrived to the palace all extremely well groomed, but for the most part very casually dressed. I love that they can be rewarded with a good lunch, and arrive to the palace, while remaining (we assume) just who they are. They all look very happy and very good. Really lovely group photos, and Maxima's clothing choice fits in really well.
ReplyDelete'Extremely well groomed' is pushing it - some are, for once Maxima has refrained from trying to outshine everyone, but still shows up with stringy hair. Casual she may be but shoes the colour of the blouse or trousers would have looked better,imo!

ReplyDeleteMaxima looks very beautiful and the image gives the impression this is so because she is a beautiful woman, truth be told. The elegant but simple clothes, the natural face and the not-your-perfect hair testify this is her normal rather than being the mannequin that showcases the result of work carried out by a team of stylists, make-up artists and hair-dressers.
