On 2 October 2026, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg visited Ehnen, in the municipality of Wormeldange, aboard the M.S. Princesse Marie-Astrid for their third Joyeuse Entrée. After travelling along the Moselle, the Grand Ducal Couple met with people from the Moselle region.
The Grand Duke and Grand Duchess met with local producers, tourism professionals, young people, Scouts, volunteers, and representatives of the wine industry at the “Miseler Genoss” market and the facilities set up at the “Puddel”. This tour in the Moselle Valley focused on the country’s rural wine-growing regions.

I like the top part, but what a shame to take unbecoming photo. Great couple.
ReplyDeleteI don't see an unbecoming photo. I think she looks great.
Delete23:13 probably most pictures of most of us are relatively unbecoming. I don’t see a shame in that. However here I only see beautiful photos, the benefit of multiple professional photographers taking thousand of photos and being able to then use just the very best. She looks gorgeous.
DeleteWow..I love this look on Stephanie. The style suits her really well in form and substance, working with what she brings to the table, and the low decolletage gives a lovely feminine edge to the look. She looks wonderful. Well done!

Agreed. She ist looking very beautiful.
DeleteI am not sure about the pants but I like her top, she looks young and radiant in it.
ReplyDeleteLovely ivory color that looks nice in daytime but unfortunately the cut of this jumpsuit is not flattering. The extra fabric on the top is adding so bulk to her middle. I believe that wearing more structured clothes/fabrics would really help to create a wardrobe that is more comfortable and flattering.
ReplyDeleteI read your review then looked again at Stephanie but I can’t see how the extra fabric at top (which stays at the top) adds “bulk” to her middle, which is in the middle and streamlined and very neat? I find this very flattering for Stephanie.
DeleteThe top looks wonderful, love the addition of a necklace, her earrings look nice. I prefer the top half of her outfit. This suits her well.
ReplyDeleteThis pant suit/jump suit looks already better on GD Stéphanie than the light grey/lavender one she wore during the state visit of the Finnish president.
ReplyDeleteUnbecoming, adding bulk, and unflattering are all words in regular use when a woman isn't thin. I really like this suit and I find it very flattering.
ReplyDeleteAgree. She is criticised so much harsher and so much more often because she is not a thin athletic build. Why are women so critical of one another?
Delete@Anon 14:57: Basically you are right. But nonslim women can be criticized - referring to their outfit, not their body. The lavendel pant suit some days ago was horrific and I told so - not because she is not slim, but because the fit was bad and we have to be allowed to criticize that. Now, this suit shows exactly the point: she has the same body and body weight, but the outfit is perfect for her because it fits well.
DeleteAlors là, je dis tout de suite oui pour cette tenue ; j'adore quand je vois de face son décollété délicatement noué avec les bijoux bien choisis !
ReplyDeleteOh well! In my opinion, while the crisp white color flatters her, the cut is completely unsuitable because it highlights every figure flaw. Jumpsuits are great for tall, slender women with athletic slender glutes and thighs. For example_ I am critical enough of myself not to wear something like that. If Stephanie had worn a romantic white blouse and a midi skirt, it would certainly have been better.
ReplyDeleteDiscussant Stephanie
IMHO: she is well-formed, just not slim, so why not pants and jumpsuits, provided they fit her.
DeleteThe cut is unflattering.
DeleteBetter leave it to that.
How about we view Stephanie not as someone with “figure flaws” but a beautiful voluptuous woman who wears clothes? She has no figure flaws, because there is no perfect silhouette to compare ourselves to and find ourselves flawed. We are each different and remarkable. Fashion at times favours different body types and is damn unfair. But this doesn’t make us flawed. And Stephanie’s clothes are not “highlighting every flaw”, they are covering her body in an elegant and appropriate manner for meeting other akso imperfect humans.
DeleteIf the cut of a pant suit in general and this jump suit in particular is not good, a midi skirt and a romantic (with ruffles perhaps) white blouse would make her look not slimmer and than the comments could be elaborated to those who find her waist too high, etc...
DeleteI wore jumpsuits myself in the past when I was younger and thinner than now. I never have been a tall woman though, but I could wear jumpsuits in those days. We wore them most of the time during vacation in the south to eat at night outside on a terras and to make a long walk along the beach before we went back to our hotel.
Aside from the trousers perhaps, this is a nice look on GD Stephanie. The dipped neckline does her a world of good. I don't see anything inappropriate with the lower cut top at all.
ReplyDeleteReally happy to say "hurrah" for what she is wearing at last, this is beautiful and shows so well that frequently, not *her* size is the problem, but the size of the outfit. This one sits so well and her beautiful skin in that great neckline is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteShe looks very nice, has a nice curvy figure, pretty necklace. I just wish the pants I’d not hug as much, a little mor flow woild be nicer imo
ReplyDeleteStephanie looks beautiful here! I love this outfit on her--yes, the trousers are a bit snug--and the top is a perfect design for her. I would also point out that while we are seeing the trousers as snug Stephanie appears to be very comfortable and able to move around in a way that she doesn't seem to feel they are snug. I think what we are seeing is wrinkling due to the type of fabric.
ReplyDeleteJanet
Maybe those who see being voluminous a "flaw" do have their own problems with perceiving their own body, seeing nonperfectness as a flaw. Overweight is a problem, but it is primarily a health problem. - Everything else is a product of the fashion industry, built around slimness. There were and there are today cultures where having big bums, breasts and everything else is seen as beautiful. And do we want to bet whose bum volume is bigger, that of a woman like Stephanie or that of someone pumping it up for a Brazilian butt? I'll keep criticising her for non-fitting, ill-fitting, simply too tight or tent-like, shapeless clothing, like I do with a slim woman - but not for being big (as I did not criticise outfits on the former Grand Duchess on the basis of her being short).
ReplyDeleteVery nice.
