French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron are making a two-day State Visit to Spain. On the evening of 29 September 2026, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain hosted a gala dinner at the Royal Palace of Madrid in honour of French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron.
For the occasion, Queen Letizia wore a light blue gown by Carolina Herrera, one of the brands belonging to the Spanish group Puig, which was loaned to her. Queen Letizia’s chosen design is a long crepe gown in the shade known by the brand as “Cloudy Blue”. She completed her look with the Floral Tiara and the earrings from the Queen’s wedding jewellery collection.

QL never disappoints. Yes she wears the same set of five jewels but she brings it. Love the color on her and also, kinda glad to see her in high heels again!

ردحذفA beautiful evening dress by Carolina Herrera. It is a cape dress which doesn't make the wearer broader. It falls very good and the light blue color suits Queen Letizia very well. The illusion of a shoulderless dress is fashion these days. The dark lace embroidery is outstanding. I see the queen is wearing sandals on her feet with thick "plateau" soles.

ردحذفThe dress is fine but I really missed seeing the Spanish Floral Tiara. Mrs. Macron and her usual look. Nice hair. The men look good.
