Crown Princess Victoria is making a five-day visit to Indonesia in her capacity as Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). On September 5, the Crown Princess arrived on the island of Lombok, accompanied by Vice Minister Febrian A. Ruddyard. She was welcomed by Governor Lalu M. Iqbal of West Nusa Tenggara.

Crown Princess Victoria is visiting Lombok to learn about efforts to rebuild infrastructure following natural disasters. She also visited a sea turtle conservation centre and met with representatives of indigenous communities working in sustainable forestry. Lombok is an Indonesian island located east of Bali and west of Sumbawa.

    The dress looks loose and cool for the Indonesian weather but I don’t care for the flappy sleeves…they look awkward and personally would annoy me. Victoria is wonderful of course!

    What a lady!
    So much respect for her. Not an easy youth, but developed into a strong and warm woman, and her dresses in Indonesia are quite good!

    Looks like a nice cool dress to wear, not sure on the sleeve cuff, it looks cute and feminine but seems odd with the plain neckline. An okay dress for the occasion.
