Princess Ariane of the Netherlands will begin a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the upcoming academic year. To mark the occasion, the RVD released new photos of the Princess. The Princess’s studies will be considered private. Princess Ariane is the third child of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima. She is third in the line of succession to the throne.
Princess Ariane spent the first four years of her secondary education at Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet in The Hague. In the summer of 2023, she continued her education at United World College Adriatic in Italy. She obtained her International Baccalaureate there in the summer of 2025, after which she began a gap year.

ReplyDeleteHer father, the king, has a keen interest in aviation and has worked (still works?) as a commercial pilot. His brother Friso also chose a similar path and earned an aeronautic engineering degree from the same university that Ariane now enrolled in.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, not sure about these pants, though the fabric looks like they would be cool and comfortable to wear. Perhaps with a coloured top they wouldn’t quite look like PJ’s. I like the ruching on the blouse, but not the length of the sleeves. Seems to be a very age appropriate school outfit, a bit eclectic.

Excellent first day trousers, and from what I’ve seen in her so far, beautifully reflective of her relaxed and joyful nature ( of course I don’t know her, but she seems to display this). All the best to her for her Aerospace Engineering degree!

Congratulations to her, a very bright young lady/Princess. She looks modern and dressed for her age, brilliant! I wish her well in her future studies.
