Queen Rania of Jordan will turn 56 on Monday, August 31, 2026. The Royal Hashemite Court has released a new portrait of Queen Rania ahead of her 56th birthday. In the new official portrait, Queen Rania is seated on the ground in a garden, wearing jeans and a white T-shirt.
On August 14, 2026, the Royal Hashemite Court announced that Princess Iman and her husband, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, had welcomed twin daughters. Their arrival made Queen Rania a grandmother of four.
