On August 14, 2026, the Royal Hashemite Court announced that Princess Iman and her husband, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, had welcomed twin daughters. Their arrival made Queen Rania a grandmother of four.

      @Anon 05:53 Some grandmothers are wrinkled and grey, some have work done, and some look naturally fabulous for their age. I have a close friend who is a great grandmother at age 58 and she looks 40. She is doing all the right things she can (health, exercise, food, fashion, self care, etc.) and luck and good genes does the rest. Just saying.

    @05:53- a cruel comment. Some age better than others. 56 is still young, at 20years her senior I have few wrinkles and no grey hair. Your stereotypical description of a grandmother is patronising! Q.Rani looks fabulous , imo!!

      I think the remark was made to provoke, but it was not cruel. Rania looks younger than her own daughter and everything about her looks artificial, I have come to the point where I pity her, she is somehow misguided, this is what 5:53 meant, where is the queen, what is behind the mask???

      She’s aging with a tremendous amount of cosmetic intervention. That’s undeniable. I don’t see 5:53’s comment as cruel, rather, realistic and actually wishing her to be herself.
