On August 23, 2026, King Charles III and Queen Camilla attended Sunday service at Crathie Kirk, a small parish church near Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire, where the royal family traditionally spends time during the summer. The Prince and Princess of Wales, accompanied by their three children—Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis—joined the King and Queen for the service at Crathie Kirk.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, their daughter Lady Louise Windsor, Princess Anne, and Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence also attended the Sunday service at Crathie Kirk.

PoW is a Beautiful woman. What a wonderful blouse
ReplyDeleteher hair has gone blonde again! the sun seems to affect it these past two years!
DeleteThey seem to be dressed in their autumn and winterclothes already. Where I live it was 22 °C during the day and 14° C early in the morning.
ReplyDeleteI love Catherine’s high-necked lacy blouse—suits the setting of ancient Crathie Kirk. George is a handsome boy but does often have dark circles under his eyes and look tired.
ReplyDeleteHow awful to be snapped while in the car. They probably prepare themselves and know where the paparazzi hang out, it probably happens each time, but it is incredibly intrusive. Awful.
ReplyDeletePerhaps if they arranged a photo shoot even though it is a private vacation. Must be annoying to have intrusive people lurking in the shadows. Yup they are entitled to privacy so do like the king, do a walk about then close the gates. They dress nicely for church.
DeleteFrom what is visible in these pics, Catherine and Sophie look very country chic. Nice to see the family solidarity and family church attendance.

Wouah, ravie de voir la princesse Anne avec un rouge à lèvres rouge vif !
ReplyDeleteIt may be warmer in the north east of Scotland but her in the west we've already had the heating on, albeit briefly, a couple of evenings last week. Re being snapped on the way to church, it happens every year and I think the royals are used to it. .
ReplyDeleteNice to see them together driving to church. Anywhere they go or appear there are pictures taken. Nice for us not so much for them I can imagine.
