Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko are making an official visit to Paraguay to mark the 90th anniversary of Japanese migration to the country. On August 20, 2026, Paraguayan President Santiago Peña and First Lady Leticia Ocampos welcomed Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko at the Government Palace in Asunción.
During the meeting, Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko toured the historic López Palace and viewed the Kuña Guapa Collection, an initiative that highlights the talent and identity of Paraguayan women through the work of local designers and artisans, who transform the country’s traditions into pieces that represent Paraguay to the world.
The first lady looks lovely in her pantsuit. I particularly like the idea of her long sleeved top, though it might be a little on the large side? Princess Kiko, looks beautiful in her traditional Kimono. Gorgeous colors. The President looks well groomed and attired in his suit, a tall man, fits him well, attractive man.
