On Tuesday, 14 July 2026, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie, accompanied by Minister Martine Hansen, visited the Beieschoul (Beekeeping School) in Wiltz to celebrate its 140th anniversary. The Beieschoul has long served as a centre for education and public awareness dedicated to beekeeping and the fascinating world of bees.
Wearing protective clothing, the Grand Ducal Couple learned about the workings of a beehive and were introduced to the practice of beekeeping. During the visit, discussions also highlighted the essential role of bees and other pollinating insects in the reproduction of many plant species and in food production.
Marella Monochrome Cardigan

Oh. The Grand Success has cut her hair. Bravo! It look casual yet smart and more polished. I do wish she had buttoned all the buttons or none of them.

I think in the hot weather the one button is a good compromise to keep the cardigan closed enough without being any hotter. It’s a valid European styling.
DeleteCute typo in your comment: Success rather than Duchess. Indeed, she’s doing wonderfully!
Yes, this length looks so much better, I love this look for her.

DeleteI agree with you.

DeleteMarella is a subsidiary group included in the fashion house " Max Mara"- Italian style.
The blazer is cleverly structured and the colour is a more muted green shade, which I prefer to louder hues on her.
My only quibble are her trousers.
My understanding is that they are intended to be " wide- legged" and that's fine, but their width is excessive.
A tad more tapered leg would have looked more flattering optically imo.
White is known to be a typical summery colour , of course, though it may be a tricky choice on curvier women (it tends to enlarge the visual perception of volumes).
The (embroidered?) clutch matches the whole outfit beautifully.
Not sure about her shoes, they might be open toed wedges.
The Grand Duke looks equally well groomed.
Hugs, my friend!!
👍👋
What a good idea. wish every country had a beekeeping school. We have to learn from books or from other beekeepers. Bees are important
ReplyDeleteNice outfit, the button undone would have been better but this way is okay too. Nice length of her hair.
ReplyDeleteLove this casual outfit with a sophisticated white background that highlights the sweater, with a perfect length and nice collar. The open neckline and wide straight leg pants are very flattering. The color combo and handmade handbag are both casual and interesting.
ReplyDeleteThis is an excellent hot weather look for Stephanie. The textured cardigan falls beautifully over her singlet underlay, and the sleeves (unlike on the model) are the perfect length for her height. . The handbag, and interesting earrings worn with her hair in a half updo, are delightful. And finally, her colours coordinate with Guillaume's! I bet that up close, the green is picked up in her blue eyes. Well done to both. Lyra

ReplyDeleteaison.
Ce léger cardigan pistache foncé se combine à merveille avec le reste blanc de sa tenue !
ReplyDeleteThis could have been such a good idea with the cardigan just a bit longer.
ReplyDeleteI disagree it falls at the best part of her hips, longer would just accentuate
DeleteI’m in the minority, but I don’t find this a flattering look. The trouser is too tight in the upper part, leaving an unflattering image.
ReplyDeleteI believe when the right sizing undergarments are worn it really lifts the look. It makes or breaks an outfit.
I do like the youthful hairstyle. GDS has such a lovely way about her,and that radiates in her countenance. My wish for her,is that she employs a stylist/ colorist ,who can help and guide her to look her absolute best.
Lowri.
Love the new haircut! Very flattering and still perfect for pulling up if she wants. I also really like this outfit on Stephanie. Very pretty look for her. I think this might be one of her best looks this summer. Also, as a person very allergic to bees and wasps--the royal couple is very brave to suit up to visit the hives-- think I would probably faint from fear!
