On Wednesday afternoon, June 3, 2026, Queen Máxima officially opened the Work Landscape of the Future developed by Omrin in Heerenveen. Also located within the Work Landscape of the Future is Omrin's new circular “dream office,” situated on a sustainably developed business park that is both green and climate-resilient.
Queen Máxima visited Omrin’s circular office, where she took part in three roundtable discussions on circular construction, sustainable landscape architecture, and the transition to a circular economy. In the exhibition area, Omrin employees provided information about the circular materials used in the construction of the office. Afterwards, Queen Máxima officially opened the Work Landscape of the Future.
Waste management company Omrin processes waste from more than 1.7 million Dutch residents and 10,000 businesses. Its new circular office was built using reclaimed and recycled materials. The office is located within the Work Landscape of the Future, a sustainably developed business park that is both environmentally friendly and climate-resilient.
This dress has the looks, colour, and texture of a itchy sack. And whats the black flower got to do with any of it ? Or is she getting a pass yet again because of who she is. She's just another royal from your country..maybe ? All royals should get a pass every week
ReplyDeleteOh dear, who are you hating more, Máx or your fellow commenters disagreeing with you? Just talk about her outfit. I like the dress for being simple, she has the figure for this very classic style. The black thingie on her head is good for one reason: because her front hair is pulled back for that and the total sum of the effect is positive for me. Hope you are not overly disappointed, if yes, think about your reasons for it.

DeleteAnyway I find Maxima looking very pretty indeed with hair pulled back off her face with the fascinator. I have noted that she always wears a hat or headpiece for an opening, which I love. This one I find particularly pretty and it coordinates beautifully with the plainer styling material and form of the very professional dress. I like this whole outfit very much and would gladly wear it.
The word sack cloth crossed my mind too. Queen Maxima should bin this dress, we have seen it before and it looks very dated now. Overdone Thriftiness , I am sure the Queen can afford some new dresses!
DeleteI can give you a long list of royal names (ladies and gentlemen) who should bin a quantity of their clothes. QM has a lot of new dresses in her dressing room. They will come out sooner or later when it is appropriate to wear them. There is more than one queen or princess in Europe who is wearing older clothes now and then. There is more than one royal lady who is recycling or restyling older dresses. You'll have to be patient, the clothes which you like more will come out again.

DeleteI love this re-wear. Maxima wears it well, the colour is good, and so is the fit. I like that she's done something different with her hair and using the fascinator. Keeps things interesting, even for a day.
