On June 17, 2026, Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited Campus U-Charleroi in Charleroi to learn about the initiatives developed by French-speaking universities and colleges around artificial intelligence for the training of healthcare professionals.
The visit brought together the five academic partners represented at the campus: ULB, UMons, UCLouvain, Haute École Condorcet, and HELHa. UCLouvain Charleroi is one of the university campuses located at Campus U-Charleroi.
During three round-table discussions, the Queen gained insight into the changes that artificial intelligence is bringing to higher education and healthcare. She spoke with lecturers and researchers about the practical applications of artificial intelligence across different study programmes and the ethical questions raised by its use.
Students then shared their experiences and expectations regarding the use of artificial intelligence during their studies and in their future careers. Finally, a student presented a practical application of artificial intelligence in the medical field: an app capable of analysing the nutritional composition of a meal based on a simple photograph of the dish.

Love it!
ReplyDeleteWonderful! for me, please, more of this, less of Zimmermann (of course: nobody has to share my opinion).
ReplyDeleteI completely agree!
DeleteBella Mathilde e ottimo abbinamento di colori. Vorrei rivederla come a Milano, con il taglio di capelli a caschetto era stupenda.
ReplyDeleteLove this bright yellow top with sculptural details. And it stands out paired with white pants.
ReplyDeleteI love the colour combination, fresh and summery. She certainly is a hard working royal.
ReplyDeleteSo simple and so good!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous!!! Queen Mathilde looks beautiful in this lemony yellow top paired with white trousers.
ReplyDeleteJanet
Pour moi aussi, la coiffure avec les cheveux longs ne me plaît pas car ça la vieilli. Je la préfère avec les cheveux plus courts et sûrement avec une coupe plus juvénile. Par contre la couleur jaune lui sied à merveille
