On Thursday afternoon, 18 June 2026, Queen Mary of Denmark visited Gavnø Castle, where she attended the opening of a new special exhibition hosted by her friend, Baroness Helle Reedtz-Thott. The exhibition was created in collaboration with jewellery writer Nina Hald and goldsmith Bodil Binner and will remain open to visitors until 15 November.
From 19 June, visitors will be able to see 33 spectacular head and hair ornaments, most of which were created especially for the exhibition by some of Denmark’s leading goldsmiths and jewellery designers. Baroness Helle Reedtz-Thott is the Director of the Gavnø Foundation. For the occasion, Queen Mary wore a new cotton-silk shirt midi dress by Zeus+Dione.

I really like this. It’s almost a pity it’s a dress and not blouse and skirt so they could both be worn in different combinations.
ردحذفIt's a dress? I thought it was a two piece! In any case I really like the outfit. The combination of the fitted printed top with the flared solid colour A-line skirt looks great. It accentuates the waist which is always flattering.
حذفThis is really quite a unique and beautiful design. I don't know if it is only me - again the 3/4 sleeve, here for a shirt, which makes it so much more feminine, in case of a shirt, a softer blouse-like shirt. Usually I don't like shirt dresses at all, but this one is just not really a shirt dress, it only hints towards a shirt, with that separation at the waistline (which is, again, a marvellous feature here).
ردحذفI'd prefer a dress entirely in the typical stripes of this Greek brand. The navy skirt part of the dress is not looking good to me.

حذفI love the outfit of the woman accompanying the Queen. The gold chain is a very interesting piece of jewellery with her outfit. The Queen looks as elegant as ever.

Au premier abord, j’ai cru voir un chemisier rayé combiné à une jupe mais c'est une robe-chemise superbement bien portée par Mary !
