Dreams and Wishes was established in 2011 to support children with life-threatening illnesses and their families by granting wishes and organizing parties, days out, and special events to create precious memories. The charity is entirely volunteer-run, with a dedicated team committed to making every child’s wish a reality.

Love it all. It's all about the children. Some smart, some long, some dressing up. What a day for them...dress up, meet the queen, have a picnic tea, get a medal, all at a palace, but it's called a house!

How utterly heartwarming. Camilla does many things very well, and this is amongst them. Gorgeous photos of her interactions with these kids.
