On June 30, 2026, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène, accompanied by Christophe Mirmand, Minister of State, Samuel Vuelta Simon, Secretary of State for Justice, and Lionel Beffre, Government Counsellor, visited the Directorate of Public Security, where they attended an operational briefing in the presence of the Controller and his senior staff.
Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène then travelled to the Fire and Rescue Barracks, where they were welcomed by Colonel Tony Varo and Colonel Maxime Yvrard. The Prince and Princess also met with the emergency response teams.
On June 29, 2026, an explosion occurred at the entrance to a residential building on Rue Révérend-Père-Louis-Frolla in Monaco, injuring three people, including two adults who were reported to be in critical condition and a 13-year-old child. According to initial reports, the explosion was caused by an improvised explosive device allegedly placed inside a backpack left at the scene by an unidentified suspect.

Jacket with double vent looks very manly for woman. Besides that the color and style is not the best for Princess Charlene .
ReplyDeletei agree!!! its very masculine, and brings out a very slender size but i suppose it was the best outfit on this sober ocassion.
DeletePersonally I can not agree - classy and elegant look over all.
DeleteHow sad, that even in the tiny conclave of Monaco, there are terrorist attacks!
ReplyDeletePrincess Charlene looked appropriately and solemnly dressed for such a upsetting moment.
Lowri.
You mean enclave...
Deletethey are targeting the Rich Ukrainian and Russian oligarch, thats where they hide
DeleteAccording the information on national TV and the newspaper of my country, it was an attack against an Ukrainian oligarch living in Monaco.
DeleteLe brun pour Charlene: pas du tout. Josée.
ReplyDeleteBoth the outfit and the hairstyle are a stark departure from the softer looks Princess Charlene has favored recently. Can’t love the masculine tailoring, and the last thing Charlene’s broad shoulders need is shoulder pads. All rather puzzling, imo.
ReplyDeleteThis brown pantsuit, perfectly aligned with her height and shape, a very well crafted outfit. This ensemble looks splendid. The pants, good length, as is the jacket. Her beige shoes look good and blend well. The single stud pearl earrings perfect choice. Her makeup is near natural and looks appropriate. Especially when you consider the reason for their visit. I hope the injured are recovering well, a terrible event.
ReplyDeleteI find that the clothes are irrelevant for today - but always loving your comments Ava - note that you have written that the suit is perfectly aligned with her shape - whereas I see especially from behind that she is much too skinny now to properly fit an otherwise neat suit.
DeleteNot a venue for stand-out fashion, hair, or jewels. Her Serene Highness is dressed appropriately and impeccably. She is really coming into her own.
ReplyDeleteTerrible suit !
ReplyDeleteDifficult day for Monaco and nice to see coverage of the royal couple getting briefed.
ReplyDeleteLooking sad in every aspect
ReplyDeleteThis is most definitely not a well crafted suit. The leg seams are puckered, the shoulders too broad and sleeves the are not well set, the trousers are just that little too long, the colour may suit the solemnity of the visit but it is not flattering.
ReplyDeleteYes that was what I noticed as well, I was surprised to see the puckers in the seams. Perhpas the extreme heat is affecting the fabric.
DeleteL ensemble et sa couleur ne me plaisent pas et n avantagent pas non plus Charlene. Elle n a pas l air d apprécier d être là
ReplyDeleteCharlène vêtue sobrement en respect aux victimes
ReplyDeleteA proof that in Monaco not only honest rich people live but also bad rich people.
