I agree Coralie! And I adore the dress, especially the sleeves and perfect length. I would love to have a pair of those shoes.

I don't want to hurt any sleeves, but these are outright stupid sleeves in my book. Why repeat the A-line of the skirt on the sleeves? I cannot imagine that this is good in case of fuller arms and it proves to be bad in case of very slim arms too. A typical case of "design for design's sake".

    1. I agree. Visual appeal is based on balance and proportion. And with this dress the balance is off. It would look much better with fitted sleeves.
Especially in the last photo, tiny Letizia is swallowed up by too much fabric.

Oh come on, they are not to your taste, and it’s completely fine. But they are not stupid. They are functional and in my opinion, excellent; balancing and mirroring the skirt.

I like everything about this outfit except the sleeve length, it could be a few inches longer like the model to make the proportion better.

  4. Belle robe dont les lignes épousent à merveille sa silhouette ; j’aime le choix de ses chaussures basses pour qu’elles continuent à reposer ses pieds !

I think the shoes are by Sezane, Queen L wears a lot of their shoes. They look similar to the Livie Babies Ballerinas currently showing on the Sezane website.

Her shoes are normally Marrit, a spanish brand.

Queen Letizia is looking much more beautiful in this dress than the model. I love her dark red shoes and red envelope bag. The open sleeves are a lovely detail which make the dress look out of the ordinary. The 2 ladies in the white suits are looking good too (photo 2).

Letizia looks great in red and this dress fits perfectly. Not sure about the sleeves either; fitted, maybe 3/4 length would look better and balance the look. Really love the shoes she's wearing - just right with the dress.

QL shines in red and this dress is great. I really like the balance of the sleeves and skirt, makes it more visually interesting, and the shoes work as well.
