New Photo of Queen Máxima Released on Her 55th Birthday

Queen Maxima wore a Tilly chiffon top cape blouse by Natan Couture, at Liberation Day Concert

Today, May 17, marks Queen Máxima’s 55th birthday. Queen Máxima was born in Buenos Aires on May 17, 1971, and is married to King Willem-Alexander. The royal couple have three daughters: Princess Catharina-Amalia, Princess Alexia, and Princess Ariane.

On the occasion of her birthday, the Dutch Royal House Information Service (RVD) released a new photograph of the Queen. The published image is one of the photographs taken during the 2026 Liberation Day Concert attended by Queen Máxima.

    Sending best wishes to one of my favorite royals! I had the opportunity to attend a small event on their US tour a couple years ago and she was engaging and charming. She gave a short speech and is clearly very smart and passionate about her country. And since this is a fashion blog, she wore a knee length rose colored dress and her hair was up in a beautiful chignon.

      19.09, apart dat deze foto hier als ‘nieuw vrijgegeven’ wordt geplaatst, in de Nederlandse media heb ik er niets van gezien en bovendien is het ‘oude’ foto genomen tijdens het bevrijdingsconcert kortgeleden. De Oranjes lanceren zelden een nieuwe foto, ook niet met verjaardagen van de dochters, het is een stiekeme familie.,
