On May 28, 2026, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde attended the Harvard Kennedy School Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony at Harvard University in Cambridge. Princess Elisabeth graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. The King and Queen joined approximately 30,000 attendees at the graduation ceremony.

DeleteSometimes I wonder where they get these photos. The Belgian press and TV news showed the most important pictures. It must not be difficult to copy them from them. The photo where she is embraced by her parents, the photo when she receive her diploma from the dean.....
DeleteFor once the way Q. Mathilde is dressed is of less importance, I think.
We'll see her back on saturday evening at the finals of the Concours Reine Elisabeth in Brussels. She probably will wear another dress which can be discussed.

ReplyDeleteThe Safiyaa dress is really amazing. The collar/wrap on the bodice and shoulders is so unique but offset by the plain, fitted skirt. It is the perfect blend of contemporary and classic styling. The bold red colour looks good on Mathilde.
ReplyDeleteWhat perfect dress, covers the arms and shoulders, no need for a shawl, a nice finished look. The king has a nice patterned tie with just a touch of red, nice and modern.
