The Chamber of Trades honored 154 graduates of the master craftsman training program during the traditional presentation ceremony for the Master Diplomas and the Diplomas for Professional Advancement. On May 7, 2026, Grand Duchess Stéphanie attended the official ceremony alongside Prime Minister Luc Frieden.
Committed to supporting craftsmanship through the non-profit organization “De Mains de Maîtres,” the Grand Duchess congratulated the graduates for their work and dedication throughout their training. Founded in 2016 by Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg, “De Mains de Maîtres” aims to support artistic craftsmanship in the broad sense and to inspire young people to pursue this path.

I enlarged the photo's to get a better view. I don't like this outfit. The waist is defined and pleated, in this case, to me it added bulk. I don't feel its suitable but regardless the GD obviously likes it and that is all that matters. The color is drab. She looks happy and engaging, lovely to see her.
ReplyDelete"added bulk": I don't think that some pleats "add bulk", because there *is* some bulk on her tummy, those pleats do not add anything that is not there, IMHO, these are not overall thick pleats. For me, they even help to create a soft transition between waist and legs instead of an accentuated tummy. This "added bulk" seems to be a customary comment for everything that is more than skin coverage :-) - and you know what happens if there is skin coverage and nothing else? Commenters say "too tight" because the tummy shows even more. There is no hiding a tummy, except one wears a tent.
DeleteWhat a wonderful presentation of Stephanie. Everything is well balanced and she shines through her smile.
ReplyDeleteHard to see all details on black - which is one reason to wear it! - but I think this is lovely on Stephanie. I love her natural hair and am glad she’s not over-coiffed as the soft natural hair is a lovely lightening contrast to the black.
ReplyDeleteHer hair is better in a side part. The jumpsuit (I think it is) looks like it is fitting her. A brighter color would have been nicer instead of the black.
ReplyDeleteIt is blue.
DeleteWell I mean black or navy or dark blue it is all too dark.
DeleteI like this jumpsuit on Stephanie. It is made of flowing material (very un-Natan from Natan, and looking good). The necklace-jewelry, whatever it is made of, is an excellent idea.
ReplyDeleteI fully agree with 08:10. This is a good choice. I think it is dark blue instead of black (?). It fits her quite well.
DeleteLa fluidité de cette association de couleur noire lui va à merveille ; belle chevelure naturelle avec la raie sur le côté !
ReplyDeleteThe necklace caught my eye first. Unusual piece, but looks good on the jumpsuit. On the matter of the jumpsuit - one of her better recent looks, this time also the wide legs are quite nice because the design is aimed to be flowy and soft, also befitting the occasion. Her hair looks really good here, too.
ReplyDeleteShe looks okay, I would like to see her in. Carolina Herrera design, just to see how their designs work for her
ReplyDeleteIf this blog was dedicated to the personality of our lovely royal ladies, GDS would be praised on every post. But, fashion it’s a blog, and as such we comment on choices made. Unfortunately this is not a good look. It looks like she’s wearing a strapless bra which is evident in the photos. GDS has a healthy/shapely figure, which requires structured undergarments, her choice this time doesn’t quite give her the shape or finish she was probably looking to achieve. The shoes, I think should have matched the color of the trouser, to give a continuous flow, rather than the sharp cut off of the trouser and shoe coming together.
