The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are undertaking a visit to Australia. On the third day of their visit to Melbourne, the Duke and Duchess began the day by taking part in the Birrarung Wilam (River Camp) Walk along the Yarra River with the Koorie Heritage Trust. This guided tour traces more than 60,000 years of Aboriginal history and connection to the land.
The Duke and Duchess also visited Batyr, an Australian organization at the forefront of preventive mental health education and early intervention, which has been leading the conversation around digital safety in the country. Since its founding in 2011, Batyr has worked to reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking among young people, delivering peer-to-peer programs across schools, universities, and workplaces.
