On April 15, 2026, King Philippe of Belgium celebrates his 66th birthday. On April 16, Princess Eléonore celebrates her 18th birthday. As every year, the Palace has shared two new photos to mark the birthdays of King Philippe and Princess Eléonore. One of the photos was taken ten years ago, in April 2016, on the occasion of a birthday. The other was taken in April 2026, in the same setting, with the same pose, and for the same occasion.
Princess Eléonore looks so beautiful! King has not changed much!

King Philippe is still a handsome man with his 66 years (Photo N° 3). The sweet little girl of 2016 changed into a beautiful princess on her 18th birthday in 2026. I wish them both a very happy birthday. There were more flowers open in the garden in 2016 than this year. Probably because it is still not warm enough these days.

The King is a very attractive, man/King. He strikes me as quietly dignified and a subtle person, I like those qualities in a person, his demeanor is sincere. Beautiful photo's natural and relatable. Tracking the Princess's growth in these photos, so pronounced from a little girl to a beautiful young woman. They both look well attired.
