On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg visited the Hueselt farm in Bertrange, alongside Minister Martine Hansen and representatives of the Chamber of Agriculture. Welcomed by the farmers Nora and Charel, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie learned about the daily life of cattle farming, a profession that is both rewarding and demanding.
With nearly 1,800 farms and agricultural land covering about half of the country’s territory, agriculture plays an essential role in Luxembourg and is constantly evolving toward more sustainable and innovative practices. The visit of Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie concluded with a visit to a market showcasing local products renowned for their quality and craftsmanship.

ReplyDeleteThese photos are lovely; showing everyone enjoying the day. Both the K & Q are dressed for the occasion, but still formal enough. My only nit is the extra length on the pants that seems dragging a bit on GDS.
ReplyDeleteLength of pants is ok, at least for many people ; I have more objections on the handbag, old fashioned in my view, or she should at least wear it over the shoulder.
DeleteTrès belle association de la veste bleu-marine avec le vert olive du pantalon même si celui-ci serait mieux avec quelques centimètres en moins !
ReplyDeleteStephanie is really lovely, but I don’t care for these green pants. I was trying to imagine what color might look better - maybe taupe or gray, not sure. I think she needs some nice, structured purses with short handles; she often has purses with long-ish straps that she clutches in her hand, as she does in these pictures, and it looks unpolished to me.

Good comment, agree, I was looking at her bag, couldn't figure what I didn't like, then I read your comment. Yes, she definitely needs a a structured bag/purse. Thank you for sharing.
DeleteThe Grand Duke's jacket has a lovely shade of green.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the previous comments about the Grand Dutchess' handbags.
