On April 10, 2026, Princess Ariane of the Netherlands, the youngest of King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima’s three daughters, celebrates her 19th birthday. Princess Ariane was born on April 10, 2007, and was baptized at the Kloosterkerk in The Hague on October 20 of that year. Princess Ariane is a member of the Dutch Royal House and is currently third in the line of succession to the Dutch throne.
Princess Ariane attended the Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet for the first four years of her secondary education. In the summer of 2023, she transferred to United World College Adriatic in Italy, where she received her International Baccalaureate in the summer of 2025.
Max Mara Rodeo Striped Linen Blend Vest

Not a nice outfit despite Max Mara.
ReplyDeleteHappy 19th Birthday, Ariane! You always look fantastic and we wish you happy and quiet opportunities to grow up without criticism.
DeleteToo bad it is an old photo. The length of her is is good ratio for her height, outfit is okay.
ReplyDeleteOops that should be her hair
DeleteBon anniversaire à cette charmante jeune fille que j’aimerais bien voir plus souvent sur mon écran !
ReplyDeleteIt is a shame that no new photo has been released. Ariane has been out of the picture for a very long time due to a so-called gap year. The Dutch Royal Family is so uptight about their privacy; it is no longer fun. They are not making themselves popular by doing this, as the Dutch press is very proper, but again, they give the impression that they do not want to share anything with the people.
ReplyDeleteWith all due respect for your feelings in the matter, the royal family generously shares their king and queen’s time with their population and we see a LOT of photos of them. Additionally we saw the Crown Princess photographed just this week on a new military assignment. Young people should be protected and allowed to blossom without undue publicity. The family are doing their best for their kids.
DeleteWell since harm and kidnapping was threatened to Amelia I don’t blame them to not publish as much about their children’s lives. But a birthday photo would be nice.
DeleteAgree!
DeleteWhat do you mean anonymous 19.11? Or Jaqueline? They are very popular so where are your facts? And why ahould she release new photos? Because you want that? Please….
DeleteThere is no specific rule dictating what kind of family pics/ portraits the Dutch Royals have to make available to the media.
DeleteI guess there are some good reasons for not exposing the Princesses on the public scene.
After all, Crown Princess Amalia starting her new military training
(kudos to her!) got full coverage and nothing more is due from the King and Queen of the Netherlands.
In The Netherlands there are more and more people who are thinking the same as 19:11. I do not see what the problem or danger by publishing a new picture of one of the princesses birthday. In other countries there is always a new picture if some prince or princess have their birthday.
DeleteBeautiful young lady. I don't know why but l've always liked her best.
ReplyDeleteShe seems to have a calm presence, a humble one, like her Dad. Might this be what you see Coralie?
DeleteMe too…
DeleteAnonymous 20:12, you are right!
DeleteRegardless of the repeat photo. Happy Birthday to this lovely young Princess. She certainly has a cracker smile, lights up her face.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful smile and beautiful eyes like her mother!
DeleteYes, she has got a cracker smile, that's the right definition.
DeleteWhat a lovely young woman she is!
Not only Princess Ariane is not visible but also Princess Alexia. It is only and always the crown princess who is photographed. Maybe Ariane and Alexia are happy to be able to stay out of the eye of the press.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday to Princess Ariane!
ReplyDeleteAre you Dutch?
Delete@ 15:25
DeleteI am a citizen of the world, as Socrates once said.
Hopefully, you feel one too.
Best wishes for her 19th birthday. Time flies when you have fun or not. Hope we'll see her more often at events. She is a lovely young lady.
