King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the 2026 “In Memoriam” Concert at the National Auditorium of Music in Madrid to pay tribute to the victims of terrorism.
On March 6, 2026, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain presided over the 24th “In Memoriam” Concert at the National Auditorium of Music, organized once again by the Foundation for Victims of Terrorism. The event was attended by victims of terrorism, representatives of associations and foundations, as well as other authorities.
The 24th “In Memoriam” Concert for the Victims of Terrorism was performed by the RTVE Symphony Orchestra and Choir under the direction of Carlos Miguel Prieto. The program featured War Requiem, Op. 66 by Benjamin Britten (1913–1976). The soloists were Miren Urbieta-Vega (soprano), Moisés Marín (tenor), and Sebastián Peris (baritone), together with the Sinan Kay Children’s Choir.
