Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie Visit the House of Human Rights

On March 10, 2026, Grand Duke Guillaume and Grand Duchess Stéphanie visited the House of Human Rights for a meeting with the Ombudsman, Claudine Konsbruck. During the visit, the Ombudsman and her team presented their institution’s missions to the Grand Ducal Couple, as well as the main challenges encountered in the course of their work.

The mission of the Ombudsman is to act as an independent authority responsible for promoting the amicable settlement of disputes between citizens and public administrations. In this capacity, the Ombudsman examines complaints concerning the functioning of state administrations, municipalities, as well as public institutions.
