The Princess Royal visited Strathcarron Hospice in Fankerton, Scotland, to mark the charity’s 45th anniversary. During the visit, the Princess viewed a display of archive items and a timeline illustrating the history of the hospice, and spent time speaking with staff, volunteers, supporters, and patients on the ward. In Strathcarron’s 45-year history, the Princess has visited the hospice 41 times since her first visit in 1982.
The largest independent hospice in Scotland, Strathcarron provides essential services for patients with life-limiting conditions, including end-of-life care, across Forth Valley and Cumbernauld and Kilsyth in North Lanarkshire.

I like everything about this outfit. Princess Anne is certainly trim and fit.
ReplyDeleteHRH Princess Anne looks bright and cheery, such a special person/(Tara)
ReplyDeletePrincess Anne always looks good in red !!
ReplyDeleteLa princesse a belle allure dans cette tenue qui comporte la couleur rouge !
ReplyDeleteAmazing that she’s visited 41 times during 45 years of operations, bravo! As for the fashion, the PR looks wonderful in red and I especially love the red lipstick, which brightens her face.
ReplyDeleteHow is princess Anne related to the King of Great Britain?
ReplyDeleteReally you have to ask on this blog. He is her brother
DeleteI think 13:51 is probably here to write provocative comments to get a reaction. No need to respond.
Deletehis sister
Delete@13:51 - is that a serious question? She is his sister!
ReplyDeleteI don't think @13:51 has much 'royal' knowledge a there is no King of Great Britain, there is a King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
ReplyDeletePrincess Anne cuts a very trim figure and looks stunning in the bright outfit today. I would have placed my handbag on the nearby table for my speech at a podium. It distracts from her presentation, which I am sure was well organized. I would have chosen different shoes, but that seems to be purely Anne.
ReplyDeleteWhat is not to love here! Princess Anne looks marvelous--and red is truly her color. I am so impressed at her dedication to supporting this very important facility. And, taking a page out of her late mother's book, that red lipstick is fabulous on her.
ReplyDeleteHer dedication to this Hospice speaks volumes. I'm sure it would have been very uplifting to the patients and staff. The red jacket and pants look exceptionally good, fitting beautifully. Love the red lipstick. A lovely visit by the Princess Royal.
