The coat is wearing her, way too much unnecessary fabric. Can’t see the dress, however the dark colour and high neck is not the most becoming for her.

I never quite understood what "the clothes wearing you instead of you wearing the clothes" meaning. But after seeing this coat, I get it.

Elke Büdenbender Is classically beautifully dressed. Timeless female elegance according to me! I find pictures of Rania increasingly sad as her decades long quest for youth is resulting in such facial changes as to be disfiguring. I wish she could know that at 50+ not only are wrinkles entirely normal, but look much better… we are all allowed to look our age and enjoy just being us. Must be harder as a famous figure but I hope she can relax into it soon.

      Hi Anon 01:31.
I love your sense of humor and completely agree with you.
I would also add that Rania's lips appear larger than ever.!

  5. There is alo't of fabric with this coat, she does wear it as well as she can, it looks okay. I'm not sure what the black ensemble is she is wearing. The first lady looks beautiful. I love her ensemble, and necklace, which looks very effective. Love the color of her shoes. She is always dressed well, stylish and elegant. She never disappoints.

Why wearing sunglasses, not so polite towards the guests, but maybe a problem with het eye(s)?

She no doubt had her reason. She’s very well versed in etiquette after all these years!

12:17, I always consider the brand and cost of Rania’s clothes! I find her extravagant. I just might think it and not write it! Charlene is not “targeted” but it is well documented that she spends much much more per annum than any other royal lady on clothes.

The coat Q. Rania is wearing is interesting if not somewhat architectural which with her figure and deportment she wears well. Love her hair in a relaxed pony tail, sunglasses probably needed against winter sun which can glare! Mrs Bundenbender`s dress is quite unremarkable, and she looks really cold - should have worn a coat.

I agree. The First Lady looks cold!! Or maybe it's the contrast of Rania's huge coat vs none at all. Should have worn a coat!

Not a fan of this coat. The wrap is too much it wears her, it should be the other way around.

What temperature is it in Jordan? Rania wears an enormous thick wintercoat and the wife of the German President in a dress???
