Jordan's Royal Family Attends Annual Family Iftar at Al Husseiniya Palace

The Jordanian royal family has welcomed the holy month of Ramadan by hosting a special family event. King Abdullah II, Queen Rania, Crown Prince Hussein, Princess Rajwa, Princess Iman, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, Princess Muna, and other members of the royal family gathered for their first iftar as Ramadan began. The iftar took place at Al Husseiniya Palace in Amman. For the occasion, Queen Rania wore a red kaftan by Bouguessa, and Princess Rajwa wore an embroidered dress by Art of Heritage.

    I really like the Jordan ladies when wearing traditional clothing, it's always a win for me. And I believe they did a video last year as well, I really appreciate that we get to see/feel the ambiance if their celebration. Thank you

    Chacun se sert, c'est sympa, c'est tout de même l'Iftar chic. Tout le monde a revêtu ses plus beaux habits. J'adore les caftans.

    I especially enjoyed seeing the royal women's dresses and the luscious colors in them. And the short iftar video shows a common chord in a family event, good times together, little boys running around as little boys usually do, younger members caring for the older ones. It's good to see another culture's family ties at a special time.

    The women and men are all dressed beautifully. The Queen looks great in red, and I love the belt, but Princess Rajwa’s caftan is stunning.
