The Swedish Royal Family wished everyone a happy New Year by releasing a new family photograph taken this summer in front of the playhouse at Solliden. The photo features King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Princess Estelle, Prince Carl Philip, Princess Sofia, Prince Alexander, Prince Gabriel, Prince Julian, Princess Ines, Princess Madeleine, Chris O’Neill, Princess Leonore, Prince Nicolas, and Princess Adrienne.

ردحذفSplendid Swedish summer, relaxed family! On this blog this Christmas many commenters expressed their disappointment that royal families dared to release Christmas cards with non Christmas photos (how dare they do what they want with their own Christmas cards, eh?!!) but this one is hard to criticise… because there is no set “correct” New Year pic. Phew…! I think they all look lovely, and I especially love seeing Estelle holding Ines whenever she gets the chance!
