On December 20, 2025, King Carl XVI Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, and Prince Daniel of Sweden attended the formal gathering of the Swedish Academy at the Stock Exchange Building in Stockholm. The Swedish Academy (Svenska Akademien) traditionally holds this annual formal gathering on December 20 each year. For the occasion, Crown Princess Victoria wore a velvet gown by Camilla Thulin.
My top vote is for the men at this event! They are both decked out and looking very regal and handsome. Have to say, the dark dresses look a but somber, maybe it’s the photos? Or it’s just a let down after gowns and jewels full of color during Nobel week.
