On December 17, 2025, Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway, together with Princess Ingrid Alexandra and Prince Sverre Magnus, visited Langerud Nursing Home (Langerudhjemmet) in Oslo. Langerudhjemmet is a nursing home and care center located in the Østensjø district of Oslo, offering long-term care placements as well as a day center for elderly people living at home.
Langerud Nursing Home places a strong emphasis on activity, community, and quality of life for its residents. In addition to daily care, a variety of activities are organized, including exercise groups, bingo, concerts, and music therapy, often in cooperation with local kindergartens and schools to strengthen ties with the local community.

Princess Ingrid Alexandra is looking good on picture N°2 with the sun shining on her hair. I like her coat and the matching color of her clutch.
ReplyDeleteI do not like the boots of CP Mette Marit. At first I thought she wore pants under her skirt, but it are the legs of the boots which are in a different material than the rest of the boots, I think. This is how I see it on the pictures.
Upon closer look I see that they are boots, cannot say they are nice looking boots, but must be warm and comfy
DeleteWho has cleaned the car so beautifully?
ReplyDeleteLOL
DeleteYou're so right, it looks impeccable !
Thank you for a refreshing comment ;)

Couldn’t agree more about her shoes. Awful!
ReplyDeleteI love the comfy and warm looking outfits. I am a shoe freak and am not crazy about MM's shoes, but remember how cold it is in Norway and they may be extremely warm. Virginia Dogwood
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful visit, especially this time of year. Wonderful to see the family at this visit, together.
ReplyDeleteTous les résidents ont dû beaucoup apprécier la visite de la famille princière vêtue chaudement ; j'aime beaucoup le look du prince Sverre Magnus !
ReplyDeleteLove the way the crown couple look at each other in the first photo; fashion wise the ladies are dressed very appropriately for the occasion and the weather and the men, as usual, do not need any protection from the elements ;-) Rem
ReplyDelete100% Agreed.
