On December 2, 2025, Grand Duchess Stéphanie attended the annual evening event organized by the non-profit organization Friendship Luxembourg at Banque de Luxembourg. Founded in 2006, the socially-focused association supports numerous projects in Bangladesh, run by the NGO Friendship, created by social entrepreneur Runa Khan, who was also present.
The event highlighted local initiatives aimed at combating climate change. The restoration of mangroves in the Bay of Bengal, supported by Luxembourg in 2018, stands today as the most emblematic example. This community-based and inclusive project was awarded the prestigious environmental Earthshot Prize this year. For nearly 20 years, Luxembourg has been supporting the Friendship Luxembourg association.
Since she is grand-duchess she dresses super! I think she had a stylist!
ردحذفI think since she is Grand Duchess, her tops have gotten as low, showing off cleavage, much like MT's did. Such a shame. This occasion was not the fitting place for showing so much cleavage. My opinion. :)

ردحذفI am not really a prude, but I am not sure I want to see a crevasse-like cleavage (sorry, I don't really know how to call it in English in a more decent way, because I don't mean anything hurtful). That this happens if a woman has a certain volume is very natural and feminine too, of course. I just don't think that it should show (and if, then not in this context). In every other respect, her outfit is nice and the colour magnificent.

حذفThis is a woman with some bust wearing a normal v-lined t-shirt, which is, BTW, an often suggested solution to give a good line to slightly more voluminous bodies. As I have exactly the same kind of body as the Grand Duchess I know this problem very well myself. There is a difference between "showing off" your cleavage and just simply being your high-busted self. So yes, you sound a bit prude.

And then, of course, the context, the fact that she is a public figure and photographs are being made all the time if she has an appointment - also a big difference because I suppose your cleavage does not get that amount of media multiplication. I too am not crazy about seeing so much cleavage, nothin to do with "prude" or anything like that, it is simply about pleasing and balanced looks. A big V neck does not make a woman slimmer as someone suggested. Also, I find the material of the blue pant suit too shiny.

Beautiful colors and fabrics in this outfit (and beautiful shoes!), and I adore Stephanie — but I agree that the cleavage is a jarring note and not what is rightly expected of women in high-profile public roles. I am glad that Stephanie has recourse to skilled tailoring that can easily deal with a woman’s feminine curves; I do wish she would avail herself of it. ردحذفWith Stephanie it’s always a hit or total miss. This for me is a miss. The jacket is too small, and unfortunately does nothing for her body shape. The top is too low for an official event. It feels like a ‘this will do’ type of outfit. You can tell when thought and details have been taken in the choosing of an outfit. I had hoped that since her elevation in status she might have sought advice on what looks good on her, especially on official events. I think she might go down the same route as GD MT and veer to what she thinks looks good rather than what does look good.

ردحذفI like this sparkling blue color on the GD. But mostly, I can't get part the low-cut sweater. While Queen Maxima could earsily carry off her low cut gown this week, Stephanie is large busted to wear this type of a sweater -- not flattering at all. A crew neck style and all would have looked so much nicer.

ردحذفI don't like this pantsuit. It seems ill fitting. The jacket appears to be a tad too small. The top is a bit on the lower side. I don't like the fabric, creased and a sort of sheen, I don't find appealing.
