On December 2, 2025, Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway attended the Christmas gathering of the Norwegian Girls’ Choir at Ruseløkka School in Oslo. In the midst of the Christmas concert season, the choir met for rehearsal and a house concert, with Crown Princess Mette-Marit present for the warm and festive occasion.
The Norwegian Girls’ Choir is a choir school for talented singers aged 6–26. The training programme is organised into four choirs: the Recruit Group, the Aspiring Choir, the Main Choir and the Studio Choir. Crown Princess Mette-Marit serves as the choir’s official patron.
