On November 28, 2025, an information council was held at the Royal Palace in Stockholm under the chairmanship of King Carl Gustaf, with Crown Princess Victoria in attendance. During the council, the ministers present provided updates on political initiatives, investigations, and ongoing legislation within their respective ministries, and answered questions. Information councils are held regularly and are led by the King.
H&M Pleated Skirt With Belt

DeleteThe King is dressed very well and fitting for the event. In an unusual miss, I don’t think that CPV is dressed quite right for the occasion. She wears suits and jackets to all types of events and this meeting seems the right time, based on other attendees attire. Putting aside this event, I really like the brown shirt on her, but not a fan of the skirt because of the lower belt placement. Strange to see black heels paired with an all brown outfit, but there’s probably a good story there!
ReplyDeleteThe story is: H&M is a swedish company. I think beside that that it is good that she wears somestimes affordable clothes.

ReplyDeleteFirst thought: a cow-girl (kind of cowboy belt on the hips). It is very consistent on the model, even if I don't really like it. But on Victoria, who only kept this one cowboy belt feature of an outfit which is a composition, it looks, isolated as it is, somehow silly and highly dispensable.
ReplyDeleteI like this outfit despite not liking brown, however the shade of brown is very becoming. I also think it is very appropriate for a meeting, she does not have to wear a pant suit or jacket.

DeleteI prefer the outfit like it is presented by the model. The leather jacket and the boots are part of the style of these clothes. The skirt like it is worn by CP Victoria, with the classic shoes and shirt, is not looking good.
ReplyDeleteH & M has sometimes good looking clothes and the quality is not bad, but their clothes are looking better on young people . I still have T-shirts and blouses in my wardrobe bought at H&M but, I cannot wear them anymore to go out. I wear them at home when nobody sees me or under a sweater.
We have H&M stores in the USA and near me. However, in the last couple years I have NOT found quality fabric in their store . The clothes have not been well sewed together when you look at them in person and feel the fabric. The prices are cheap so you get what you pay for. This brown outfit is just barely ok to me. Victoria has so many more beautiful outfits, even including some low costed ZARA suits.
DeleteI cannot complain about the quality of the few cotton T-shirts and a couple of blouces I have because they are washed X times and the colors are still good and the fabric is not worn out. Of course I take care of all my clothes with adapted washing products for colors, dark clothes, delicate clothes, wool, etc... If I need a beautiful dress or coat H&M is not the kind of store where I go to buy these clothes. H&M is good for clothes you wear on an normal working day, in the garden, or to clean the car or the house. Or for underwear and socks for kids who are growing very fast.
DeleteOn the fence about Victoria's outfit. She can pull off most anything, but something about the skirt, is just not quite right.
