On November 12, 2025, Queen Máxima hosted the launch of the Financially Healthy Netherlands Foundation (Stichting Financieel Gezond Nederland – SFGN) at Noordeinde Palace in The Hague. The foundation was created through the merger of SchuldenlabNL and the National Coalition for Financial Health (NCFG). The State Secretary for Participation and Integration, Mr. Jurgen Nobel, was also present. Queen Máxima serves as the honorary chair of the new foundation.
With the establishment of the Financially Healthy Netherlands Foundation (SFGN), the strengths of SchuldenlabNL and the NCFG are being combined, expanding both collaboration and activities. Mr. Dick Benschop has been appointed Chair of the Board, and Ms. Jasmijn Besorak has been appointed Director. As honorary chair of the new foundation, Queen Máxima will continue her commitment to promoting a financially healthy Netherlands.
